Job Overview
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business in KSA, including sales, marketing, finance, operations, and customer service.
- Apply the our company’s policy for each brand and ensure we achieve qualitative as well as quantitative objectives for the KSA market.
- Put a clear vision for our company to become a leader in the KSA skin care market.
- Maintain good relationships with our distributors, pharmacy chains and dermatologists.
- Hire, manage, evaluate, and motivate the team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure the success of launches and campaigns on a 360 level: Medical-POS-Digital.
- Anticipate market evolution and adapt sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
- Ensure that local sales and export targets are achieved.
- Implement trade marketing strategies for both existing and new products, in the Saudi market.
- Implement product launches in the Saudi market.
- Manage budgets and finances, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Handle directly the accounts of all our distributors in KSA.
- Coordinate with Head office on day-to-day operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Life Science / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in the Saudi market, holding a similar position (Country Manager, General Manager, Commercial Director…).
- Extensive experience in the KSA skin care market, is a must.
- Experience with multinational companies is a must.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
- Excellent leadership skills with proven experience in managing a team of employees and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Proven ability to drive successful product launches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and geographies.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
