Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions explain how candidates, employers, recruiters and visitors may use Gulf Career Group. In particular, they cover accounts, vacancy posts, applications, platform conduct, payments, privacy, content ownership and the limits of our online recruitment services.

Terms and Conditions for Gulf Career Group job seekers and employers

Terms and Conditions: who these rules cover

First, these rules apply to job seekers, employers, recruiters, account holders and other visitors who browse or interact with the website.

What Gulf Career Group provides

Gulf Career Group provides job information, recruitment tools, career guidance and account features. However, employers make all final hiring decisions.

When the user agreement applies

The agreement applies whenever someone visits the website, creates an account, submits information, posts a vacancy or uses an available service.

1. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

By accessing Gulf Career Group, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to follow the instructions shown within each account tool, application form, employer service or paid package. When a feature includes additional rules, those rules apply together with this page.

If you do not agree with these rules, stop using the website. After we publish an update, your continued use confirms that you accept the revised version from the date shown on this page.

2. Purpose of the recruitment platform

Gulf Career Group operates an online career and recruitment platform. It helps visitors discover vacancies, read career guidance, create profiles, submit applications and access employer recruitment tools. In addition, employers and recruiters can publish vacancies, receive candidate information and manage recruitment activity through available features.

Unless a vacancy clearly says otherwise, Gulf Career Group does not employ candidates for third-party jobs. Instead, the hiring company controls selection, interviews, salary discussions, employment offers, visa arrangements and final appointments.

3. Terms and Conditions for account registration

Users must provide accurate information when they create or maintain an account. A profile must belong to the person or organization named in it. Therefore, users should keep contact details, company information, employment history, qualifications and vacancy details reasonably current.

Account holders must protect their passwords and access links. They must not share login credentials, allow another person to impersonate them or use another member’s account without permission. If you suspect unauthorized access, report it through the Gulf Career Group contact page as soon as possible.

4. Terms and Conditions for job seekers

Job seekers may browse vacancies, save relevant opportunities, create a career profile and apply for suitable roles. However, each candidate must submit truthful information through a CV, profile or application. Candidates must not misrepresent qualifications, licenses, employment history, identity or work authorization.

Before applying, candidates should review the vacancy carefully. They should decide whether the role, employer, location, salary range and application method suit their needs. In addition, applicants should read our fraud-awareness guidance before sending identity documents, bank information or other sensitive records to an unfamiliar party.

Important: Gulf Career Group cannot guarantee an interview, employer response, employment offer, salary approval, visa, travel arrangement or final selection. The relevant employer makes every recruitment decision.

5. Terms and Conditions for employers and recruiters

Employers and recruiters must use the platform for genuine recruitment activity. Every vacancy should describe a real hiring requirement and help candidates understand the role. For example, employers should provide an accurate job title, responsibilities, location, experience level, qualifications, application method and employer identity.

Employers must handle candidate information responsibly and use it only for legitimate recruitment. They must not sell candidate records, publish them publicly, share them for unrelated marketing or use them in a way that conflicts with privacy obligations.

If the website labels an employer or company as verified, the label only reflects the checks that Gulf Career Group completed at that time. It does not guarantee future conduct, financial strength, hiring results or every statement from that employer.

6. Vacancy and content standards

Gulf Career Group may review, edit, delay, reject, unpublish or remove a vacancy or other submission when it appears duplicated, expired, inaccurate, incomplete, unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent, unsafe, unrelated to recruitment or inconsistent with website standards.

Moreover, users must not submit copied material without permission. They must avoid malware, harmful code, deceptive links, personal attacks, unlawful demands and instructions that try to bypass website security.

We may correct formatting, spelling, categories, locations or presentation to improve clarity. However, we will not change the commercial meaning of an employer’s vacancy without a valid reason.

7. Applications and professional communication

Some vacancies use an internal application form, while others direct candidates to an employer website, email address or another recruitment service. Consequently, candidates should review the separate terms and privacy rules of each third-party application system.

Candidates should communicate professionally and avoid repeated, irrelevant or abusive messages. Likewise, employers should explain the next steps where possible. They should never request payment for interviews, offer letters or job confirmation through suspicious channels.

8. Payments under these Terms and Conditions

Certain employer packages, featured listings, promotional placements or account upgrades may require payment. Before purchase, users should review the price, service period, posting limit and included features. Unless a package states otherwise, payment does not guarantee applications, suitable candidates, interviews or a successful hire.

Gulf Career Group handles refunds, cancellations and package changes according to the conditions shown at purchase and any written confirmation that we issue. Therefore, users should keep invoices and transaction records for future reference.

9. Privacy and personal information

The Gulf Career Group Privacy Policy explains how we handle account information, application details and website data. Users should read that policy before they create an account or share personal documents.

Applicants should provide only the information that recruitment reasonably requires. For instance, no one should share passwords, one-time codes or full banking credentials through a job application. Employers should also limit candidate-record access to staff who work on recruitment.

10. Website content and intellectual-property rights

Applicable intellectual-property rules protect the Gulf Career Group name, logo, layout, original articles, graphics, software features and other platform materials. Therefore, users may not copy, republish, resell or present those materials as another organization’s work without permission.

Users remain responsible for material that they submit. By posting content, they allow Gulf Career Group to store, display, format and distribute it as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the relevant service.

11. Prohibited platform use

Users must not misuse the website. In particular, prohibited activity includes:

  • publishing false jobs, impersonating another person or misrepresenting a company;
  • collecting candidate information for unrelated sales, spam or unauthorized databases;
  • uploading malware, harmful files or code that may interrupt the platform;
  • scraping, copying or extracting website data at a scale that harms the service;
  • attempting to bypass account controls, security checks or access restrictions;
  • using the website for unlawful, threatening, abusive or discriminatory conduct.

The platform may link to employer websites, application portals, labour authorities and other third-party resources. We provide those links for convenience, but Gulf Career Group does not control those external services.

Before submitting information, users should review the terms and privacy notice of the external service. For official employment and labour information in Qatar, visitors may also consult the Qatar Ministry of Labour.

13. Website availability and technical changes

We work to keep Gulf Career Group available and useful. However, maintenance, hosting problems, security work, software updates, internet failures or events outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect access.

As services develop, we may improve, replace, limit or discontinue features to meet operational, security or legal requirements. Where practical, we will explain important changes on the website or through an account notice.

14. Accuracy and recruitment disclaimer

We aim to present clear and useful information, but vacancies can change quickly. For example, an employer may fill, pause, correct or withdraw a job after publication. Users should confirm important details directly with the employer before they make travel, resignation, payment or relocation decisions.

Career articles provide general information only. Therefore, they do not replace professional legal, immigration, financial or employment advice for an individual situation.

15. Limits of responsibility

To the extent that applicable law allows, Gulf Career Group does not accept responsibility for hiring decisions, employer conduct, candidate conduct, third-party websites, external messages, lost opportunities or losses that another user’s information causes.

Nevertheless, nothing on this page removes a responsibility that the law requires us to keep. Users must take reasonable care, check important information and protect their own accounts and documents.

16. Account restriction or removal

Gulf Career Group may restrict, suspend or close an account when we reasonably suspect fraud, harmful conduct, repeated policy breaches, a security risk, unlawful activity or serious misuse of candidate information. In addition, we may remove related content or keep necessary records for investigation, security or legal compliance.

17. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions when services, account tools, laws, payment options or operational requirements change. After each update, we will show the current version and date on this page. Users should review the page periodically, especially before they purchase a service or use a new feature.

18. Applicable law and dispute handling

First, users should send questions or complaints to Gulf Career Group so our team can review the matter. If the parties cannot resolve a dispute informally, the laws and competent procedures that apply to the website operator and relevant transaction will govern the next steps.

19. Contact about these Terms and Conditions

You can submit questions about these Terms and Conditions, account access, vacancy corrections or platform use through the Contact Us page. Please include enough information for the support team to understand the issue. However, never send passwords, one-time codes or unnecessary sensitive documents.
